need for this purpose. It is also Company policy to accept responsibility for the health
and safety of other persons who may be affected by its activities and preserve the eco-system
structure of its operational bases.

any detrimental environmental impact arising from its activities, and maintain good working
relationship with the host communities.
In order to achieve this policy the company will comply with all relevant legislation and
approved codes of practice and will co-operate with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
The company considers that health, safety and environmental activities are line management
responsibilities which need the commitment of all employees to be effective. To this end,
the company requires that all employees carry out their work with full and proper regard to
their own health and safety and those of other persons who may be affected by their activities.
In addition all employees shall carry out their work in such a way that any detrimental
environmental impact is reduced to the barest minimum.
